This role oversees the brand's overall performance through strategic planning, purchasing and subsequent monitoring of sales and inventory.

●Strategic Buying: Drive SPF growth, optimize P/L and ending inventory, and develop merchandising plans based on sales and trend forecasts for men’s/women’s product lines.

●Buying Optimization: Improve accuracy by determining category percentages, selecting styles and colors, and monitoring sales through visual merchandising and promotional activities.

●Supplier and Production Management: Coordinate with Production for quality and costing, manage discount rates and pricing, and forecast sales demand for men’s/women’s product lines.

●Budget and Performance: Meet sales budget and gross profit targets, review and endorse buy plans, and ensure efficient fabric usage and reservations.

●Team Leadership: Lead and mentor team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture, and provide timely product evaluations.
