Career Summary: • Develop and execute the Operations Department's 3-year business and annual operating plans. • Set and communicate SMART goals for immediate employees aligned with the department's objectives. • Implement and optimize the department's structure, roles, and cross-functional workflows. • Manage staffing plans, including recruitment, development, and succession planning. • Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies. • Monitor and report on the department's performance against KPIs. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the department. • Plan and prepare production capacity to meet order requirements. • Oversee production output to meet quality, quantity, and cost targets. • Ensure the effective management of plant facilities, equipment, and environmental safety. Requirements: • Proven experience in operations management within a manufacturing environment. • Strong knowledge of KPI development, implementation, and monitoring. • Expertise in production planning and capacity management. • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams in a dynamic environment. • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies. • Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and leadership.
